The Sarasota Set for the Cardone Family. Created in the Wabi Sabi philosophy in which beauty is found in imperfection, this collection looks to the waters off the Florida Western coast for inspiration. The ceramic forms find all hard angles softened. Geometric shapes have been weathered into organic ones found in nature as if tumbling amidst the sea for a lifetime. Deep, cool, blue glazes wash over the hand-carved surfaces of each piece, coating the gently etched rhythm of waves.
